Introduction to Ancestry Library from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at Wilkes Public Library; free.

Youth HangOUT from 6-8 p.m. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Wilkesboro; food, games, music and more for LGBTQ youth and friends.

Writers Group meets from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Anchor Coffee; recurs Thursdays until July 11.

Friday, June 28

Family Free for All from 2-3:45 p.m. at Wilkes Public Library; free bingo, games, trivia, movies and more; snacks provided; recurs Fridays until Aug. 23.

Shops on 10th Block Party from 5:30-8:30 p.m. in downtown North Wilkesboro; live music, train rides, store specials and food trucks; free.

Taproom Trivia & Food Truck Friday from 7-8:30 p.m. at Great State Brewery in Wilkesboro; second round of trivia recurs Fridays until July 5.

Gabrielle Sophia plays from 8-9:30 p.m. at Anchor Coffee in North Wilkesboro.
