25th Wayne C. Henderson Music Festival & Guitar Competition from 10:30 a.m.-7 p.m. at Grayson Highlands State Park in Mouth of Wilson, Va.; $20 admission plus $10 for parking with 12 and under free with paying adult.

Dionn Owens and Renaissance play gospel music from 3-5 p.m. at the Wilkes Heritage Museum in Wilkesboro; donations at door for this African-American Music Appreciation event.
