Friday, Sept. 20

5th Carolina in the Fall Music & Food Festival starts at noon in downtown Wilkesboro and continues until 10:30 p.m. on Sept. 21; tickets $40 for single day, $70 for both days, or $140 for VIP both days, with ages 12 and under free with paying adult; gate prices higher.

Hillside Horror, a haunted farm and corn maze, continues on Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. at 2122 Hoots Rd., Roaring River; $15 until Sept. 28, $20 until Oct. 26.

Tim O’Brien Band plays from 8-9:30 p.m. at Reeves Theater; tickets $25-$32.
