West Wilkes Black Friday Free Pitching Clinic

Former West Wilkes Blackhawk, North Carolina Tarheel and Boston Red Sox player Jason Howell is hosting a free pitching clinic at West Wilkes High School on Friday, Nov. 29, from Noon-until 1 p.m.

It will be open players in grades 7-through-12 and open to coaches and parents. Players are encouraged to bring cleats or turfs, hat and glove.

The clinic will be filled mainly with information, demonstrations and a focal point on questions and answers. Some drills will be performed but throwing will be limited, if any.

An inclement weather plan will be based on clinic numbers.

Former West Wilkes Blackhawk, North Carolina Tarheel and Boston Red Sox player Jason Howell is hosting a hitting clinic at West Wilkes High School on Friday, Nov. 29, from 1-until-3 p.m..

It will be open players in grades 7-through-12 and open to coaches and parents. Cost of the clinic is $20 and can paid for at the clinic. Players are encouraged to bring cleats or turfs, bat, hat and glove.

The clinic will include an on-field demonstration and question and answer session. There will also be on-field batting practice, video and drill work.

An inclement weather plan will be based on clinic numbers.
