Judge Donna Shumate of Sparta heard several felony drug cases in a session of Wilkes District Court that began Feb. 10.

Alan Dale Hall, charged with sale and delivery of a schedule II controlled substance. Pleaded guilty to delivery of a schedule II controlled substance. Also charged with and pleaded guilty to felonious maintaining a place for a controlled substance. Sentenced to 10-21 months in prison, suspended with 18 months supervised probation. Pay lab fee and $100 fine. Receive assessment and treatment.

Kacy Dawn Hood, charged with and pleaded guilty to maintaining a place for controlled substances. Sentenced to six to 17 months in prison, suspended, with 18 months supervised probation. Pay $300 lab fee and $200 to Wilkes Sheriff’s Office drug fund. Receive assessment and treatment.

Chasity Nicole Lovely, charged with and pleaded no contest to conspiracy to sell and deliver schedule II controlled substance and five counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a controlled substance. Sentenced to 48 months in prison, suspended, with 48 months supervised probation. Credit for 22 days in jail. Pay $3,600 lab fee and an additional amount to North Wilkesboro Police Department special fund. Testify truthfully against co-defendant. Receive assessment and treatment.

Cody Ryan McMillian, charged with sale and delivery of schedule II controlled substance and pleaded guilty to delivering a schedule II controlled substance. Sentenced to six to 17 months in prison, suspended, with 24 months supervised probation. Pay lab fee, $100 to Wilkes Sheriff’s Office drug fund. Receive assessment and treatment.

Brittany May Royall, charged with possession with and pleaded no contest to possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver schedule II controlled substance. Sentenced to 11-23 months in prison, suspended, with 18 months supervised probation. Credit for 13 days in jail. Receive assessment and treatment.

Dillon Ray Comstock, charged with felony larceny by employee. Pleaded no contest to misdemeanor larceny. Prayer for judgement continued for a year. Perform 48 hours of community work service. Pay $13 restitution to Speedway and stay away from Speedway.
