Thomas Jerome “Tony” Threatt, 54, of North Wilkesboro passed away Thursday, June 11, 2020, at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2020, at Goshen Baptist Church, with Pastor Brian Miller and the Rev. Duncan Overrein officiating. The family will receive friends at Goshen Baptist Church from 1 until 2 p.m., prior to the service. Burial will be in Laurel Haven Church Cemetery.
Mr. Threatt was born Dec. 8, 1965, in Charlotte to Jake and Mary Lucy Hatley Threatt. He was a good husband, father and brother who worked hard and provided for his family. He was very well-loved and was proud of his GED.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Luke Threatt; and a sister, Susie Threatt.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy Crystal Davis Threatt of the home; five daughters, Holly Threatt of Midland, Krista Harwood of Oakboro, Starr Johnson and husband, Eric, of North Wilkesboro, Kyra Crystal of North Wilkesboro and Rory Lynne of North Wilkesboro; four grandchildren, Kirstyn Campbell of Albermarle, Kadin Campbell of Troy and Reianna Beaman and Landon Beaman of Purlear; three sisters, Mary Simpson and husband, Terry, of China Grove, Nancy Alexander and husband, James, of Rockwell and Wanda Foster and husband, Kelly, of Gold Hill; and two brothers, Larry Threatt of Dobson and Raiford Threatt and wife, Janet, of Myrtle Beach, S.C.
