Teresa Ann 'Trixie' Rhoades

Teresa Ann “Trixie” Rhoades, 52, of Hays passed away Thursday, Feb. 11, 2021, at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 15, 2021, at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with Rev. Julius Blevins officiating. Burial will be in Mountlawn Memorial Park. There will be a public viewing from 8 a.m. to noon Monday at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home.

Ms. Rhoades was born March 11, 1968, in Wilkes County, daughter of Elbert and Vernell Bare Rhoades.

She was preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her mother, Vernell Bare Rhoades of Hays; brother, Ricky Rhoades of Hays; nephew, Christopher Rhoades and wife, Michelle; great-nephews, Christopher Rhoades II and Lance Rhoades; and great-niece, Hailey Rhoades.
