Julus Miller Patrick, 90, of West Jefferson, died Sunday, Jan. 3, 2021, at her daughter’s home. Mrs. Patrick was born March 4, 1930 in Ashe County to the late Ambrose and Jane Bowlin Miller. Private funeral services are at 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 9, 2021, at Badger Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Patrick will lie in state at Badger from 2-4 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 7, 2021, and from 3-4:30 pm, Friday, Jan. 8. The family will not be present.
