The site will open to ticket holders beginning at 6 p.m. via the West Park Drive entrance at the YMCA Express. Directional signs will be posted. Upon arrival, ticket QR codes on a mobile device will be scanned or printed tickets will be presented to staff.
Unless health and safety guidelines change, attendees must remain in their vehicles at all times. For everyone’s safety, the only interaction between attendees and event staff will be briefly at check-in. Staff will be practicing all health and safety guidelines that are recommended at the time of the event.
When entering and exiting the venue, exercise caution for staff and volunteers. Generate no trash and be respectful to everyone.
Restrooms will be available for emergencies. Lines will be marked to maintain a 6-foot distance and monitored to limit entry to one family at a time.
No concessions will be sold but attendees may bring their own. The West Park campus is alcohol- and tobacco-free.
