Brooklyn Laurel Gentry and Casey Alan Reid were united in marriage March 10, at Majestic Mill Weddings in Belmont. The Rev. Thomas C. Alley officiated at the ceremony. Wedding and reception music were provided by Whirl-A-Way Sounds and Entertainment.
The bride is the daughter of Dean and Denise Gentry of North Wilkesboro. She is a graduate of North Wilkes High School and Wilkes Community College, and is employed by Iredell County as a deputy register of deeds.
The groom is the son of Bill and Donna Reid of McConnelsville, Ohio. He is a graduate of Morgan High School and the NASCAR Technical Institue. The groom is employed as a tire technician for Discount Tire and is a tire assembler for Goodyear Racing.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Courtney Hill of New Bern was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Demetrois Meadows of Charlotte and Kelsey Reid of Crooksville, Ohio.
Shaw Reid of McConnelsville, Ohio served as best man. Groomsmen were Billy Reid and Glenn Whaley of Zanesville, Ohio and Austin Wright of Philo, Ohio. Ushers were Sterling Gentry and Cory Sidden.
Chloe Middy of Crooksville, Ohio was flower girl. Ring bearer was Charles William Reid III of Zanesville, Ohio.
The reception was held at Majestic Mill Weddings following the ceremony.
The couple cruised to Nassau and Freeport, Bahamas, for their wedding trip and are now residing in Huntersville.
