Mickey and Bobbi Jennings of Moravian Falls announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Jennings, of Huntersville, to Michael Chupita, also of Huntersville. He is the son of Mary Ann and Mark Geiger and David Chupita, all of Wisconsin.
The bride-elect is a 2011 graduate of Wilkes Central High School and is a 2015 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in nursing. She is currently pursuing a neonatal nurse practitioner degree from East Carolina University and is employed by Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center, Charlotte.
The prospective groom is a 2008 graduate of Mishicot High School in Wisconsin and is a 2016 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in communications. He is employed by the Sports Business Journal, Charlotte.
A May 23 wedding is planned in Concord.
