MRS. JOSEPH LUCAS RICHARDSON

Emily Elizabeth Jackson and Joseph Lucas Richardson were married Oct. 12 at The Millstone at Adam’s Pond in Columbia, S.C.

Dr. Barry Jenkins officiated. Wedding music was provided by The Columbia Strings.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth W. Jackson of Florence, S.C. She is a 2014 graduate of Clemson University and is a 2017 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law. The bride is an attorney with McAngus, Goudelock and Courie in Columbia, S.C.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph C. Richardson of Wilkesboro. He is a 2014 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a 2018 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law. The groom is an attorney with Collins & Lacey in Columbia, S.C.

Eleanor Richardson of Wilkesboro was maid of honor. Katlyn McCabe of Florence, S.C., was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Sarah Austin, Myrtle Beach, S.C; Martha Bruce, Charlotte; Emily Falciani, Camden, N.J.; Clair Hollingsworth, Columbia, S.C.; Samantha Jacobs, Nashville, Tenn.; Courtney Perkins, Carmichael, Calif.; Sarah Taylor and Katie Towery, Greenville, S.C. Junior bridesmaid was Holly Owens of Mount Pleasant, S.C.

Flower girls were Lola Grace Minton of Florence, S.C. and Margaret Richardson of Atlanta, Ga.

Joshua Richardson of Raleigh served as best man.  Groomsmen were Ethan Butler, Durham; Tyler Jackson, Florence, S.C.; Niko Janetta, Fayetteville; Jared Kassman, Fayetteville, Ark.; Charles Kress, New York, N.Y.; Noah Lewis, Brooklyn, N.Y.; Willie McAbee, Columbia, S.C.; Robert McLean, Lodi, Calif.; and Alex Pless, Wilkesboro.

A reception was held at The Millstone at Adam’s Pond. The Michel Jons Band provided music.

Following a wedding trip to Reykjavik, Iceland and Paris, France, the couple will reside in Columbia, S.C.
