PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of North Wilkesboro (hereinafter the “Town”) has received an offer for the purchase of certain real property owned by the Town as described in Exhibit “A”, incorporated herein, and proposes to sell the same pursuant to the provisions of G.S. §160A-269. Said property is situated in North Wilkesboro Township, Wilkes County, North Carolina, and is more particularly referred to as follows:

BEING all of Lot 11 of Block 35 of Trogdon’s Map of North Wilkesboro found in Plat Book 1 Page 36; bounded to the north by a 20’ wide alley; west by other property of Town of North Wilkesboro found in Deed Book 1221 Page 334 Parcel 1; south by Main Street; west by Shepherd Real Estate, LLC found in Deed Book 1059 Page 324 with bearings oriented to said Trogdon’s Map and distances taken from a survey by Scott Church Land Surveying, PLLC in September 2017 and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING on a PK nail set at the northern right of way for Main Street, the southeastern corner of Lot 13 of Block 35 of Trogdon’s Map of North Wilkesboro (Plat Book 1 Page 36), said PK nail being located North 62° 33’ 08” East, 250.00’ from an iron pin found with cap at the intersection of the northern right of way for said Main Street with the eastern right of way for Tenth Street.
Thence leaving said Main Street, with the eastern line of Lot 13; Shepherd Real Estate, LLC (Deed Book 1059 Page 324), North 27° 27’ 00” West, 140.00’ to a PK nail set at the southern right of way for a 20’ wide alley, said PK nail being located South 57° 04’ 07” West, 210.01’ from a lead plug found and said PK nail being located North 62° 33’ 07” East, 250.00’ from a PK nail found.
Thence with the right of way for said 20’ wide alley, North 62° 33’ 00” East, 25.00’ to a point in the lid of a water meter serving subject property, the northwestern corner of Lot 9 of said Block 35, being other property of North Wilkesboro (Parcel 1 Deed Book 1221 Page 334).
Thence with said Lot 9, South 27° 27’ 00” East, 140.00’ to a point at the mortar joint dividing Lot 9 and Lot 11 at the northern right of way for Main Street.
Thence with the northern right of way for Main Street, South 62° 33’ 00” West, 25.00’ to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said property contains 3,500 square feet by coordinate calculations.

BEING the same property described as Parcel 2, as conveyed by 906 Main Street, LLC, by deed to the Town of North Wilkesboro, dated February 2, 2016, and recorded in Deed Book 01221, Page 0334, and Wilkes County Registry.
