NOTICE OF SALE

NORTH CAROLINA, WILKES COUNTY, IN THE GENERAL COURT OF JUSTICE, DISTRICT COURT DIVISION, FILE NO. 19 CVD 234, WILKES COUNTY and TOWN OF RONDA, Plaintiffs, vs. CLYDE GRADY NICKELSON JR. and wife, JANE DOE (actual name and marital status     unknown); and G. MARQUIS GREENE, GAMBILL R. ALDRIDGE and AMY ALDRIDGE, Lienholders, Under Deed of Trust as Recorded at Book 1064, Page 76, Wilkes County Registry, Defendants.

TAKE NOTICE that, under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of Wilkes County, North Carolina, made and entered in the above captioned matter, the undersigned Commissioner will on the 17th day of September, 2019, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the door of the Wilkes County Courthouse, 500 Courthouse Drive, Wilkesboro, North Carolina, at 10:15 A.M., the following described real property, lying and being in Edwards Township, Wilkes County, North Carolina, and being more particularly described in the Exhibit “A” attached hereto.

“EXHIBIT A”

BEING Lot #3, Section 2 of Hidden Pond Development as shown in Plat Book 10, Page 4 and 5 of the Wilkes County Registry.

Subject to Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions as recorded in Deed Book 916, Page 51, Wilkes County Registry.

Subject to Boundary Line Agreement dated August 8, 2002, and recorded in Deed Book 899, Page 338, Wilkes County Registry.

Subject to Boundary Line Agreement dated August 8, 2002, and recorded in Deed Book 899, Page 339, Wilkes County Registry.

Subject to all service and utility easements of record, N.C. Highway Commission easements and rights of way of record, and all matters revealed by a current and accurate survey.

BEING the same property as conveyed by G. Marquis Greene and Gambill R. Aldridge and wife, Amy Aldridge, to Clyde Grady Nickelson Jr., by deed dated March 26, 2007, and recorded in Deed Book 1064, Page 75, Wilkes County Registry.  

This sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county property taxes, if applicable, and all local improvement assessments, if applicable, against the above described real property not included in the judgment in this action.

A deposit of five percent (5%) of the successful bid will be required.
