In the Matter of the Foreclosure of the Deed of Trust recorded in Deed Book 1126, Page 283, Wilkes County Registry from Elizabeth Delgado (sole) and William Jonah Lee Milam (sole), Debtor/Mortgagor, to Jane Carty Osborne Noteholder, by Daniel S. Johnson, Substitute Trustee.
UNDER AND BY VIRTUE of an Order of the Assistant Clerk of Superior Court of Wilkes County, entered in the above entitled action authorizing the undersigned to proceed with the foreclosure of the above referenced Deed of Trust under which Deed of Trust a Substitution of Trustee instrument was recorded in Deed Book 1264, Page 274, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Wilkes County, North Carolina, whereby the undersigned was substituted as Trustee under the provisions of said Deed of Trust, and under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in the above referenced Deed of Trust, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of October, 2019, at the Courthouse in Wilkes County, North Carolina, the following described property:
BEING ALL OF LOT 11, TINDALL RIDGE SUBDIVISION. FOR REFERENCE SEE PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 121, WILKES COUNTY REGISTRY.
ALSO SEE RESTRICTIONS RECORDED IN BOOK 599, PAGE 487, WILKES COUNTY REGISTRY.
FOR FURTHER REFERENCE SEE DEED BOOK 1103, PAGE 319 AND DEED BOOK 605, PAGE 422, WILKES COUNTY REGISTRY.

The above-described property will be sold subject to unpaid County and City ad valorem taxes, if any.
A cash deposit of five percent (5%) of the purchase price, or Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) will be required at the time of the sale. Following the expiration of the statutory upset bid periods, all remaining amounts shall be immediately due and owing.
The sale will be reported to the Court and will remain open for advance or upset bids for a period of 10 days. If no advance or upset bids are filed with the Clerk of Superior Court, the sale will be confirmed.
