CONDITIONS OF SALE: Should the property be purchased by a third party, that person must pay the tax of Forty-five Cents (45¢) per One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) required by N.C.G.S. §7A-308(a)(1).

This sale is made subject to all unpaid taxes and superior liens or encumbrances of record and assessments, if any, against the said property, and any recorded leases. Thence a new line through the property of said Henry DeBlieux and Carol DeBlieux (Deed Book 1015 Page 023), South 83 deg. 30’ 25” West 74.02’ to a new corner, a ½” rebar set.  Thence a new line, South 61 deg. 29’ 16” West 133.33’ to a new corner, a ½” rebar set. Thence a new line, South 82 deg. 26’ 57” West 74.01’ to a new corner, a ½” rebar set.  Thence a new line passing into the property of said Henry DeBlieux and Carol DeBlieux (Deed Book 917 Page 075), North 32 deg. 58’ 14” West, passing a PK nail set, the eastern terminus of a new herein granted right of way at 171.46’ for a total distance of 236.55 to a new corner, a ½” rebar set. Thence with Lynch, South 83 deg. 03’ 32” East 341.80’ to a pipe found. Thence South 06 deg. 56’ 27” West, 414.57’ to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

Residential real property with less than 15 rental units, including single-family residential real property: an order for possession of the property may be issued pursuant to G.S. 45-21.29 in favor of the purchaser and against the party or parties in possession by the clerk of superior court of the county in which the property is sold.
