Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Town of North Wilkesboro will, at their next meeting on Thursday, February 23rd, 2023, hold a public hearing to consider a proposed text amendment to the Town Code of Ordinances. The proposed changes are to Town Code Chapter 3, Alcoholic Beverages in regards to creating a downtown social district. The proposed language is available for review on the Town’s website at https://www.northwilkesboro.com/AgendaCenter choose Board of Commissioners one week before the meeting or in the office of the Planning Director at Town Hall. The above-referenced meeting will take place at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the Board of Commissioners Room at Town Hall, located at 210 9th Street.
